1. Agreement to these terms

By visiting the BuyerSignal website, purchasing a BuyerSignal product, creating an account, or using the software, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them.

If you are using BuyerSignal for a company, client or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

“BuyerSignal,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the BuyerSignal product and its operator. “You” means the individual or organization using the product. These terms apply to the website, desktop software, modules, support services and related digital materials, together referred to as the “Service.”

2. What BuyerSignal provides

BuyerSignal helps users identify potential buying signals in user-selected Facebook Groups, Subreddits and X Communities. It can collect and analyze posts, assign AI-assisted intent scores, explain signals, organize leads, create draft replies and provide alerts depending on the package purchased.

Features, supported platforms, usage limits, credit quantities and technical requirements may change as the Service develops. Product descriptions at the applicable checkout are part of the purchase information for that offer.

3. Accounts and account security

Some features require an account or product registration. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

One license is intended for the purchaser or the purchaser’s authorized business use. You may not share credentials, resell access, sublicense the Service, or allow multiple unrelated users to use one license unless the applicable offer expressly permits it.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, in violation of these terms, or in a way that threatens the Service or other users.

4. License and acceptable use

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, BuyerSignal grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the purchased features for your lawful internal business or personal purposes during the applicable license period.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, lease, distribute, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service or its access credentials;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works from the software except where applicable law cannot restrict that activity;
• use the Service to send spam, deceptive outreach, unlawful advertising, harassment, fraud, malware or content that infringes another person’s rights;
• circumvent usage limits, access controls, credit tracking or security features;
• collect, upload or process personal data without the required rights, notices or legal basis; or
• use automated interaction features in a manner that violates Facebook, Reddit, X, Telegram or another third-party platform’s rules.

You are responsible for checking the rules of every external platform and source you connect to BuyerSignal. BuyerSignal does not grant permission to access or use third-party content beyond the rights you already have.

5. Plans, credits and billing

Prices and inclusions are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. The following summary reflects the current BuyerSignal funnel; the applicable order page controls if there is a difference.

Post Credits

One Post Credit represents one new post collected and analyzed by BuyerSignal. It is not one click or one scan session. A duplicate post that has already been analyzed is not charged again where BuyerSignal can identify the duplicate. Unless the offer says otherwise, credit top-ups are sold at $15 per 1,000 posts and are separate from subscription credits.

Recurring plans

ScaleMax and Scale Lite are recurring subscriptions when selected at checkout. They renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. You authorize JVZoo and the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with the order for each renewal.

To stop future renewals, use the cancellation or order-management controls in the JVZoo customer portal or contact support@anthonyos.com with your JVZoo order details. Cancellation normally takes effect for the next renewal; access to the current paid period may continue until its end. Unless required by law or stated on the applicable checkout, subscription cancellations do not create a prorated refund.

JVZoo may display taxes, payment fees, currency conversion, renewal dates or payment processor terms at checkout. Those transaction details form part of the purchase agreement.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your sources, project descriptions, product information, lead notes, reply drafts and all content you submit or send using BuyerSignal. You must have the right to use that content and must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, intellectual-property and anti-spam laws.

You are also responsible for your internet connection, computer, operating system, browser, third-party accounts, source permissions and any actions taken after BuyerSignal opens an external page. We do not control third-party platforms and cannot promise that they will remain available, compatible or free from account restrictions.

7. Intellectual property

BuyerSignal and its software, interface, workflows, documentation, branding, source code, visual design and original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a license to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.

You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce and display that content as necessary to operate, secure, maintain and support the Service. You are responsible for obtaining permissions for third-party content.

“Facebook,” “Meta,” “Reddit,” “X,” “Telegram,” “JVZoo” and other third-party names are owned by their respective owners. BuyerSignal is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms unless expressly stated.

8. Availability, changes and termination

We may perform maintenance, update features, change technical requirements or discontinue a feature. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and dispute terms survive termination.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, compatible with every source or platform, or produce a particular number of leads, replies, sales, revenue or other result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerSignal and its operators, contractors and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, account restrictions imposed by third parties, or costs of substitute services arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to BuyerSignal for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BuyerSignal and its operators, contractors and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of a third party’s rights or platform rules.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of BuyerSignal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute should first be raised with support@anthonyos.com so the parties can attempt to resolve it informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the claim.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
