2. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, replies, conversions, customers, revenue, profit, return on investment, time savings or other business result. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, messaging, pricing, source quality, follow-up, platform rules, timing and customer behavior.

BuyerSignal uses automated analysis and AI-assisted generation. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, biased, poorly worded or based on limited context. A score is an indication, not a fact or a professional assessment.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving every AI-generated explanation or response before using it. Do not treat AI output as legal, medical, financial, tax, security or compliance advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a business, employment, credit, pricing or customer decision.
Because BuyerSignal may analyze public or user-selected community content, the content may change, disappear, be restricted or be unavailable. We do not verify every statement in a post or guarantee that a source is accurate, complete or lawfully accessible.
4. Third-party platforms and content
BuyerSignal may work with or reference Facebook Groups, Subreddits, X Communities, Telegram and other third-party services. BuyerSignal is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Facebook, Meta, Reddit, X or Telegram.
Third-party platforms may change their APIs, layouts, access rules, content availability, rate limits or enforcement practices. They may restrict accounts or content for reasons unrelated to BuyerSignal. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s terms, community rules, privacy requirements and anti-spam policies.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- choosing sources you are permitted to access and use;
- reviewing content and AI output before taking action;
- ensuring outreach is truthful, relevant, respectful and legally permitted;
- obtaining any consent or notice required for personal-data processing;
- protecting your account, computer and third-party credentials; and
- making your own decisions about whether, when and how to contact another person.
BuyerSignal does not automatically send a reply merely because it prepares a draft. You remain responsible for the final message and for any result or complaint arising from it.
6. Availability and technical limits
The Service may be affected by maintenance, internet outages, device settings, operating-system changes, source restrictions, third-party downtime, rate limits, inaccurate source data or other technical conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect scanning, complete history or delivery of every alert.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerSignal and its operators, contractors and licensors are not responsible for decisions you make, communications you send, platform restrictions, lost opportunities, lost revenue, data loss, reputational harm, indirect damages or other loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its output.
The liability limits and exclusions in the Terms & Conditions apply to this Disclaimer. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Retailer and payment disclaimer
JVZoo serves as the retailer and applicable payment processor for BuyerSignal purchases made through the JVZoo checkout. Payment, taxes, order records, renewals and processor-specific procedures are subject to JVZoo and applicable payment processor terms. Product support and product-related claims remain handled through BuyerSignal support.
